Individual MUSE Membership

Do you offer sponsored/scholarship memberships?
Yes, we offer Family Access Memberships, funded by our Muse for all Program.
How do I get a Family Access Membership?
These memberships are available for all receiving government assistance. To sign up, visit us in person and bring photo ID, proof of government assistance, and $25 to pay for your membership. Valid only for Tennessee residents.
How much are memberships?
We have a wide range of memberships from $25 a year, to $185 a year.
Can my family member/friend/etc... and their child be added to my membership?
Add an unnamed guest pass to any membership for $50!
Will I be notified before my membership expires?
Yes, we will contact you via email prior to your expiration date. We offer a renewal discount too!
How do I access my digital admit one coupons?
Our front desk staff will be able to view and redeem your one time use guest passes when you visit with a guest. Just ask us to apply one (or both) of your available guest passes when you check in!
What is the ACM Reciprocal program?

Can I purchase a membership online?
All memberships, except Family Access, may be purchased online.
How long will my membership be active?
Memberships are for one full year, and expire at the end of the month in which you purchased the membership the following year.
I’m purchasing a Muse membership as a gift. Can I post-date the start of my membership?
No, memberships begin on the purchase date. Furthermore, memberships can be gifted the same way that they’re purchased on our website! We have a printable PDF gift certificate to physically represent the purchase.
I'm moving, can I transfer the remainder of my membership to another family?
Sad to hear that you will no longer be near Knoxville! No, Memberships are not transferable.
I no longer want my membership. Can I get a refund?
No, memberships are nonrefundable.

My child/grandchild is over 18/turning 18 during the year of our membership. Can I add them to my membership?
No, all children included in the membership must be under the age of 18 for the entirety of the membership.
